I was glad to learn about APA through Adam Lowitt’s XX Club site in Manhattan. I appreciate my conversation with some of the APA staff earlier this week. I would like to take a moment to introduce myself. I am a talented comedy writer living in Texas. I have compiled some routines which contain cutting edge, unique, creative & an innovative comedy style. I value your opinion. I would like to hear your thoughts about my comedy & your ideas of who I should submit it to for comedy writing positions including yourself of course. My main areas of expertise include stand-up routine writing, sketch comedy and monologues similar to the Leno, Letterman and Chelsea Lately shows. Could some of these be performed on your shows or with those you know also? I realize that each reading audience varies so please let me know if you wish to see a sample about a specific topic. In addition to writing comedy, I have created 100’s of humorous, political, & philosophical t-shirt concepts. Please let me know if you would like to review them & we could consider a way to offer them through a joint venture. I also hold events with high profile entertainers including musicians, comedians & speakers. I would be open to having performers you represent perform or speak at events also of course.
